About
I’m a middle aged old (56) wifie and mom totally obsessed with crafts. You name it – I’ve done it. Ceramics, porcelain dolls, glass forming in a kiln, cake decorating, crochet, knitting, spinning, wool rug hooking, collectible bear making, chandler, soapmaker, cross stitch, heirloom sewing, and at one time I designed and produced silicone molds under the name of Moonstruck Molds. All while trying to maintain home and a full time job, so call me nutso, lol. I breathe crafts!
I have one son in heaven (Scott) and one here (Todd), a supportive husband (well, he’s at least still here so that says something), a cuteypie doggie named Midnight, and two kitties. Colby and Toby. Colby is a grey tabby and is seven months old. Toby is a newbie, only 7 weeks old. Never thought I would be a cat person, we’ve always had dogs, but I love these two cats to death!
Glad to meet ya!

I was reading your blog today and I was curious where you got your supplies for your framing? I am looking for somewhere that is good and less expensive than Michaels and JoAnn Fabrics. And by the way what does LNS stand for in your blog?
Thanks
Rachel

Hi
I was wondering if you would be interested in showcasing some of your work on Stitcher’s Showcase.
Stitcher’s Showcase is a website my husband Jeff and I have started that is dedicated to stitching artists showcasing their work, including quilting and tapestry artists. We want to provide a great community for artists to showcase their work and to interact. We would love to see you bring your talents to the site.
We hope the community will inspire others and help them with their activities.
There is no charge. You can customise your own page and include a link back to your website to help promote your own activities. We only ask no blatant commercial promotion of products etc.
The website is http://StitchersShowcase.com
If you like the site and would be kind enough to help us spread the word, a mention in your blog or on your website would be greatly appreciated.
Regardless, I would love to see you showcase your work there.
Thanks, and look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely
Ann Pritchard

Thank you so much for your wonderful framing tutorial! It’s so easy to follow with the detailed pictures. I’m tackling my first framing project this week (Mother’s Tree) and your tutorial is just what I needed. I will be following your blog from now on to make sure I don’t miss anything.
